Welcome to visitShanghai Chinon medical Model & Equipment Manufacturing Co., LTD
The operation standards of the advanced pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) manikin are mainly used to train medical staff to master the standardized procedures and techniques of pediatric CPR. Before operation, ensure that the equipment is in good condition and the power supply is sufficient. Adjust the parameters of the simulation manikin according to the age of the child.
First, conduct an environmental safety assessment, determine consciousness, gently pat the shoulder and shout. If there is no response, activate the first aid system immediately. Then determine the breathing and pulse within no more than 10 seconds. If there is no normal breathing or pulse, external chest compression should be performed immediately. The compression site is located below the midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples. The compression depth is approximately one-third of the anteroposterior diameter of the thoracic cage, and the frequency is 100 to 120 times per minute.
If it is operated by a single person, the ratio of compression to artificial respiration is 30:2. If it is operated by two people, the ratio is 15:2. When performing artificial respiration, it is necessary to ensure that the airway is open. Effective ventilation can be achieved through the head-tilting and chin-lifting method or the mandibular elevation method, using a barrier device.
The entire process should be continuously monitored for feedback from the simulation maniac, such as chest cavity undulation, compression depth and frequency prompts, etc., to ensure technical standardization and quality control. After the operation is completed, a summary and equipment cleaning should be carried out to ensure that the simulation manikin is safe and effective for the next use.
